Job description
Design and development of the functionalities desired by the Business Departments in the call or activity distribution solutions.
Participate in the design and development of tools for the team, the Businesses and the production teams to ensure the parameterization of solutions
Maintaining existing solutions in operational condition. These actions concern all the group’s brands.
Maintenance in operational condition of existing solutions with actions to update the software versions of Genesys bases.
Active contribution to the definition of the IS target and the construction of the transformation path for flow solutions. This consists of identifying the functional scope of each solution and defining the life cycle and target application landing.
In concrete terms:
Ensure the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Genesys solutions
Be in contact with the production to ensure the correction of any anomalies found,
Develop the solution in conjunction with the Business Councils in the context of projects or small developments,
To study, manage and carry out version upgrades of the Genesys base and components
Ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the telephone panels
Develop the solution in conjunction with the Business Councils in the context of projects or small ongoing developments,
Be in contact with the team members in charge of developing routing strategies,
To study, manage and carry out the design and development of telephone bands.
Participate in the management of the solutions’ legacy applications.
Establish the functional positioning of the solutions for which he is responsible,
Build with the rest of the team the migration plans for a rationalization.
Profile description
- Higher education (Bac+5) engineering degree, university degree or equivalent
- Experience with Genesys suite components is essential
- Experience in operational maintenance activities and information system upgrades for optimization and rationalization issues.
- Experience in Java and JavaScript development and in the use of the Genesys SDK is desirable
- Knowledge of the customer relationship business
- Experience in technical project management
- Experience in application legacy management on a given scope.
