Position
As a CX Consultant (F/H):
You will join our CX Consulting division composed of more than 40 consultants and recognized in the digital transformation of the customer experience around 4 areas of expertise:
- Strategy and Innovation: Digital Strategy, Customer Relationship Strategy, CX Design, Product & Service Design
- Management: IS Transformation, Steering & Change Management
- Business Consulting: Customer Journey, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Marketing, Web & E-Commerce
- Solutions / IS Consulting: Master Plan, Solutions Expertise (Salesforce, Genesys, Twilio, Ibexa, etc.), IS Architecture & help in choosing solutions
On a daily basis, you will work with our clients on subjects ranging from strategy to execution and will have as your main missions under the responsibility of a Senior Consultant:
- Prepare, facilitate and ensure the feedback of interviews, meetings and scoping workshops that you will have conducted
- Analyze needs, issues and propose customer experience strategies and customer journeys functional architectures, transformation roadmaps and target organizations
- Write the mission report and present the summary to all stakeholders
- To write the specifications of editors and integrators
- Participate in the management of digital customer experience transformation projects
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with all stakeholders on consulting missions
- To take charge of the reporting and the follow-up of the progress of the framing missions
Profile
- You have a degree in engineering, university or management;
- You have a first experience on consulting missions or in a consulting firm;
- You have a good knowledge of the challenges of customer experience and customer journeys in an omnichannel context
- Able to have a good general vision of IS: Web, E-commerce, CRM, Marketing Automation, Contact Centers, OMS, ERP etc… ;
- Excellent in your writing, you are ambitious, curious, agile and highly motivated to learn;
- Our missions have an international dimension, your level of fluent English is essential to allow you to work on these projects;
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform would be a real plus!
